Due to the nature of our digital services, WebGetup follows a strict No Refund Policy. Once a payment is made for any service, project, or plan, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Digital services require time, strategy, planning, and team involvement from the moment a project begins. Therefore, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
We will work with you until you are fully satisfied, including:

Project Delays From Client Side
If a project is delayed due to incomplete information, lack of response, or pending approvals from the client’s side, the payment will still remain non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel a project after work has started, the payment will not be refunded. However, we can pause or reschedule the project for up to 90 days, depending on the nature of the service.
