Before beginning any project, the client must:

• Provide accurate project details and requirements.
• Share required access credentials (hosting, domain, social accounts, CRM, etc.).
• Approve the agreed project scope, timeline, and pricing.

Any additional features or requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4. Payment Terms

• Full or partial payment (as discussed) must be made before the project begins.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, as stated in our Refund Policy.
• Delayed payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or termination of service.

5. No Refund Policy

WebGetup does not offer refunds on any service.
However, we ensure revisions and continuous improvements until client satisfaction, within the agreed scope.

6. Project Timelines

• Timelines shared are approximate and depend on client responsiveness.
• Delays caused by late inputs, approvals, or content from the client side may extend timelines.
• We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (server issues, hosting downtime, third-party API issues, etc.).

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals.
• Share accurate business information, content, and materials.
• Ensure no copyrighted content is shared without permission.

WebGetup is not liable for any legal issues arising from client-provided materials.

8. Revisions & Modifications

Revisions are provided as per the project scope.
Extra revisions beyond the scope may be charged additionally.

Major redesigns or strategy changes after approval will be treated as new work.

9. SEO & Marketing Limitations

While we follow industry-best practices:

• We do not guarantee specific rankings on Google or other platforms.
• SEO results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
• Ad performance depends on audience behavior, platform rules, and market competition.

10. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Our work may involve:

• Google Workspace
• Meta Ads Manager
• WordPress, Plugins & Themes
• Hosting providers
• Analytics tools

We are not responsible for downtime, changes, or errors caused by third-party platforms.

11. Intellectual Property

• Designs, strategies, and content created by WebGetup remain our intellectual property until final payment is completed.
• After full payment, the client receives rights to use the delivered work.
• Our internal methods, strategies, code structures, and proprietary systems remain ours.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep shared data, account access, and project-related information confidential.

We do not share client data with third parties, except when required by law.

13. Termination of Service

WebGetup may terminate services if:

• The client violates these terms.
• Payments are not made on time.
• The client engages in abusive or unethical behavior.

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

14. Limitation of Liability

WebGetup is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, data, or reputation due to digital platform changes.
• Issues caused by third-party services (hosting, plugins, APIs, ads platforms).
• Client errors, unauthorized account access, or configuration changes.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed.
Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
